Max Flavor Low FODMAP Pasta Sauce

All I want to do is create recipes for my husband who is suffering from the effects of his cancer treatment that allow him to have as much variety and flavor as possible while being gentle on his stomach. I am not a doctor, these are just recipes I have developed that have completely resolved his current gastric issues from immunotherapy treatments. I’ll be adding in a recipe for some low FODMAP air fried chicken or ground turkey recipes to pair this sauce with that’s safe for the stomach but full of flavor soon. I am an Amazon affiliate, so any clicks I get through you gives me the monies. I don’t want ads on my site unless they aren’t annoying. I just want you to read simple recipes and make good food.
