Ingredients
- 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts cut into bite size pieces
- 2 tablespoons garlic infused olive oil* see notes
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, dried oregano, dried thyme, smoked paprika, ground cumin, salt, black pepper, and garlic-infused oil
- Rub the seasoning mixture evenly over both sides of the chicken breasts pieces, ensuring they are well-coated.

- Allow the chicken to rest for a few minutes before slicing. This helps retain the juices.
