  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts cut into bite size pieces
  • 2 tablespoons garlic infused olive oil* see notes
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°
  • In a bowl, mix olive oil, dried oregano, dried thyme, smoked paprika, ground cumin, salt, black pepper, and garlic-infused oil
  • Rub the seasoning mixture evenly over both sides of the chicken breasts pieces, ensuring they are well-coated.
  • Place the seasoned chicken breasts in the air fryer basket. Cook for about 10 minutes, shaking halfway through, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) and the chicken is golden brown and cooked through.
  • Allow the chicken to rest for a few minutes before slicing. This helps retain the juices.
  • Serve the seasoned air-fried chicken breast alongside your low FODMAP pasta for a well-balanced and flavorful meal. Adjust the seasoning quantities to suit your taste preferences. Enjoy!
