Heat 1 teaspoon garlic-infused olive oil over medium-high heat
In a skillet, cook lean ground turkey with 1 teaspoon salt, ½ teaspoon black pepper, chili powder, dried oregano, paprika, and garlic replacer
Once the turkey is cooked, set it aside.
Reduce the heat to medium. In the same skillet, add 1½ tablespoons of garlic-infused olive oil. Sauté 1 to 2 zucchinis, 1 to 2 bell peppers, and green onions. Season with salt, garlic replacer, dried oregano, dried basil, paprika, black pepper, and add water. Cook until vegetables are tender. (See notes)
Mix in 2 tablespoons of tomato paste with the veggies.
Combine the cooked ground turkey with the vegetable mixture.
After combining poultry and vegetables, dump a bag of spinach on top and cover it, Let it sit about five minutes and stir.
Cover for a few minutes to let the flavors meld
